Gianluca Renzi, the head chef at the Ristorante Castello di Fighine, invites you to spend a morning in the kitchen experiencing the pleasure and delight of preparing a classic Mediterranean meal.

Using fresh and locally sourced food, Gianluca will show you how to cook fresh pasta, perfect risottos, fresh meat and fish dishes, salads with a difference and enticing desserts. Recipes will vary depending on the season or will be tailor made to your personal taste.

Finally sit and enjoy the lunch you have prepared. The sommelier will discuss with you the wines in his cellar and suggest a fine Italian wine to go with your meal.
