This is a private villa built of stone, situated at the entrance to Villa Melissa.
Set amidst lovely surroundings with a very pretty patio garden, Casa Vittoria has been tastefully and lovingly restored, maintaining the original architecture and beamed ceilings throughout.
The property is entered via a patio garden into a spacious dining hall. The large, comfortable sitting room, with working fireplace is accessed through an archway leading from the dining hall. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with dining area, has all modern conveniences and is light and airy.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with ensuite bathrooms shower and bath.

It has the advantage of a beautiful swimming pool, situated a short walk from the villa, where there are full changing and shower facilities. There is also a covered area for al fresco dining.This property, like all the properties in Fighine, has been totally restored but has maintained all the original architectural features of a Tuscan villa, with its domed painted ceilings, colour washed walls and stone floors.The rooms are beautifully furnished with Italian antiques and attractive rugs. Wonderful pictures hang on the walls. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all luxuriously appointed with beautiful Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. The villa has a master bedroom suite with two dressing rooms, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. There is a study, sitting room with open fireplace, library/hall and a dining room with a table that can seat 14. The kitchen is fully equipped.
